Forrest takes pride in working with his clients from the outset of an issue to identify long term goals and develop the best strategy to accomplish them. He believes a collaborate team approach with the client not only gets the best results, but keeps his clients informed and comfortable in what is not always a pleasant process.
He has been fortunate over his career to try many cases in various forums and venues. With significant jury, bench trial, administrating hearing, and arbitration experience, Forrest is most comfortable when a case must ultimately get tried, and always has that potential in the back of his mind as a case is worked up.
Forrest was been named a “Top 100 Attorneys in Houston” for the past two years. He was a “Texas Rising Star” in 2006, 2008, 2008, and 2012 and has been a “Texas Super Lawyer” every year since 2013 by Super Lawyers.
