We represent common carrier pipelines and electric and gas utilities in condemnation proceedings across Texas.  In addition to handling all phases of a condemnation action, we have successfully obtained injunctions and extraordinary relief to enforce the property and eminent domain rights of our clients.
We represent insurance companies as well as their policyholders. Our attorneys have represented local and national insurance companies in litigation involving the defense of its insureds under various policies of liability insurance in the following areas: Products Liability, Construction Defects, Premise and Security Liability, Fiduciary Liability, Trucking and Automobile Accidents, Property Damage, Fire/Explosion, Wrongful Death, Serious Bodily Injury, and Insurance Coverage Disputes.

We are regularly called upon to act as outside general counsel for clients in the construction, energy, and aviation industries. Our clients find this is an efficient and cost-effective alternative to an in-house legal department. In this role, we prepare and review contracts, master service agreements, non-compete agreements, and provided advice on insurance and indemnity obligations.
