Prior to joining Hicks Davis Wynn, P.C., Jorge earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas State University. Jorge received his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude and served as Treasurer for the Business Law Society.
